How to pay, which currencies work, what to do when a payment does not go through, and how to reach someone at the clinic who can look at your account with you.
Paying online
Two ways to pay
With an invoice number
Use Pay an Invoice. Enter the number and the email address it was sent to, and we show you the exact amount due before anything is charged.
Without one
Use Make a Payment and enter the amount the office gave you. Useful for deposits, part payments and anything agreed over the phone.
Common questions
Answers to what people ask most
Which currencies can I pay in?
Naira and the major African currencies supported by our payment provider. The choice appears at checkout. If you hold US dollars, use the United States payments site instead, which is linked in the menu.
Is my card information stored on this website?
No. Card details are entered on the payment provider secure checkout and never touch this website or our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits, nothing more.
My payment failed but money left my account.
Bank reversals normally return the funds within a few working days. Call the clinic with the date, the amount and the reference from your bank, and we will check whether it reached us. Do not pay again until you have spoken to us.
Can someone abroad pay for me?
Yes. Anyone can pay using your invoice number and the email address on the invoice. If they are paying in US dollars, send them to the United States payments site instead.
When will I get a receipt?
Immediately, by email, to the address you enter. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check the spam folder before calling. We can resend it at any time.
It says my invoice cannot be found.
Nine times out of ten the email address is the mismatch, not the number. It has to be the address the invoice was sent to, which may belong to a relative. If both are definitely correct, call the clinic. Do not keep retrying: after eight attempts the form locks for fifteen minutes as a security measure.
